Five ways to take part
Bring your team
Gather your family, coworkers, or neighbors and walk in support of senior citizens in our county. Walking is by donation — every team receives a packet with fundraising tips and a donor log to track pledges.
- Walk any time between 12:00–3:00 PM, at your own pace
- No entry fee — raise what you can from friends and family
- Team packet mailed or available for pickup before the event
- Turn in your collected donations the day of the walk
Reserve a table
Sell your crafts and goods, or share information and services for seniors. We welcome both vendors and resource organizations at this year’s festival.
- Setup Friday, Oct 16, 12–6 PM, or Saturday at 6:00 AM
- All tables ready to go by 8:00 AM Saturday
- Bring your own table, or add a rental table for $20
- Space is limited — reserve early
Decorate a trunk
Bring your car, truck, or van, decorate it up, and hand out candy for a safe night of trick-or-treating. Open to families, businesses, and community groups.
- Setup at 8:00 AM, day of the festival
- Trunk or Treat runs 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Decorate with any theme — costumes and creativity welcome
- Bring enough treats for [CANDY MINIMUM] trick-or-treaters
- Saturday, October 17 · SW Washington Fairgrounds

- All volunteers must have a background check on file
- Sign up for the times and roles that work for you
